Processing Time

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

- Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or high demand
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.
Delays
VendorVault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible if the order is delivered to the wrong location
- Reshipping may require an additional fee
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered, VendorVault is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend contacting your local carrier or neighbors if this occurs.
