  • Provide evidence to your payment provider (including order confirmation, tracking, and delivery proof)

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, VendorVault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & Refunds
